In 2019 he opened Arctic Whisper Lab with a single chair and a waiting list that filled in three days. He reads dye chemistry papers for fun, keeps a notebook of every formula he has ever mixed, and refuses to rush a toner. That is the one thing he will not speed up.
Same-week slots open each Monday morning and are available Tuesday through Saturday. If you call or email before noon on Monday you can usually get in by Thursday of the same week. For specific services like colour corrections, a short phone consultation is needed first, which we can usually fit in the same day you enquire.
Yes, always. We require a patch test 48 hours before any new chemical service. Colour, bleach, or keratin. If you have been a client before but it has been more than 12 months since your last chemical service, we ask for a new patch test. We can post a test kit to you or you can come in for five minutes to have it done.
