Arctic Whisper Lab keeps this policy as short as a good consultation. It covers the little data a same-week booking touches, why Alan needs it, and what rights you have over it.
The site itself stores nothing about you. Email hello@arctic-whisper-lab.com or fill in the booking form and we receive exactly what you typed — your name, an address to reply to, and whatever you told us about the colour or cut you're after.
Everything you send goes toward one thing: getting you a same-week slot and the right formula on the day. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your details to anyone chasing hair-product sales.
This site runs no analytics or ad trackers. The only thing saved in your browser is a flag noting you dismissed the cookie banner on arctic-whisper-lab.com — clear it and the banner simply reappears next time you're checking opening hours.
Alan does not sell, rent or hand your details to a product rep or marketing list. The one exception is a lawful request from a Japanese authority that leaves the salon no choice.
A booking enquiry is kept while the conversation about your appointment is live and deleted once it's done, unless the law requires the salon to hold financial records longer.
Ask any time what Arctic Whisper Lab holds on you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to hello@arctic-whisper-lab.com and Alan will act on it promptly, once we've confirmed it's really you asking and not someone booking a prank appointment.
Enquiry emails and appointment notes sit on access-controlled systems that nobody outside the salon — no product supplier, no outside stylist — can reach.
Your formula card and patch-test date are the one record kept longer than an ordinary enquiry, because Alan needs them on file to book your next colour safely. That card holds your allergy and formula history and nothing else — no marketing tags attached, and no supplier or third party ever sees it.
A finished colour or cut only ends up on the salon's own portfolio if you say yes in the chair first — Alan asks before the phone comes out, not after. Change your mind later, and one message to hello@arctic-whisper-lab.com takes it down from wherever it was posted.
There's no mailing list built from booking data, and nobody texts or emails you about offers you never asked for. An appointment reminder isn't marketing — it's the one message type you get by default from Arctic Whisper Lab, and you can ask to switch off even that.
arctic-whisper-lab.com carries no third-party analytics or ad trackers — Alan doesn't need to know which page you read before booking. Basic server logs are kept briefly for security and never linked back to a named booking.
Arctic Whisper Lab operates out of Matsushima, Higashi Ward, Fukuoka, and handles personal information in line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). Booking and formula records stay on the salon's own systems and are never passed along for advertising purposes.
Arctic Whisper Lab does not knowingly take data from anyone under 16 without a parent or guardian present when the appointment is booked. Book a first colour for a minor, and it's the responsible adult's contact details on file, not the child's.
Unhappy with how your data was handled? Tell Alan directly first — most concerns get sorted with a short email back and forth. If that genuinely doesn't fix it, you can raise it with the relevant Japanese data protection authority.
This page gets updated whenever the way the salon actually collects or handles data changes, not on a fixed calendar. Check the "Last updated" date at the top — any material change shows up there before it takes effect, with no hidden version history elsewhere on the site.
The data controller for arctic-whisper-lab.com is Arctic Whisper Lab. Anything in this policy that's unclear — write to hello@arctic-whisper-lab.com and Alan, not a call centre, will answer.
