Arctic Whisper Lab publishes arctic-whisper-lab.com under the plain terms below — book a same-week colour slot through this site and you've agreed to them.

The photos of finished colour work and the copy on this site belong to Arctic Whisper Lab unless we say otherwise. Browse them for your own reference before booking; reusing them commercially needs Alan's written sign-off first.

Prices, opening hours (Tuesday through Saturday) and same-week availability are kept as current as we can manage, but a page can lag behind a fully booked Saturday. The figure or slot you can actually rely on is the one Alan confirms with you directly.

The service, timing and price of an actual appointment are agreed when you book — by phone, email, or the form on this site — not fixed by anything printed here. Browsing the site is not itself a booking.

Arctic Whisper Lab is responsible for what's published on this site to the extent Japanese law requires, and no further. We're not liable for sites we link to, or for a colour decision made purely from a photo here without an actual in-chair consultation.

These terms get revised as the salon's own booking policies change. The version live on this page is the one in force, and carrying on using the site after a change means you've accepted it.

Japanese law, as it applies at Arctic Whisper Lab's registered address in Higashi Ward, Fukuoka, governs these terms, and any dispute falls to the competent courts there.

A 48-hour patch test is required before any new chemical service — no exceptions, and Alan will decline to proceed without one on file. It protects you as much as the salon; a reaction discovered mid-appointment is not something either of us wants to be managing.

Same-week slots at Arctic Whisper Lab run tight enough that arriving late can mean a shortened service or a reschedule — Alan will tell you which before the cape goes on. Repeated no-shows without notice may mean a deposit gets asked for on your next booking.

Full colour, balayage and colour-correction bookings may ask for a deposit at the time of booking, deducted from your final bill. Give 48 hours' notice and it's refundable; cancel same-day without a genuine emergency and it's forfeited.

Arctic Whisper Lab works with professional colour and care lines chosen for the formulas Alan trusts, not a specific retail brand you can request by name. Know you're sensitive to an ingredient? Say so before the patch test so the formula can be checked in advance.

A voucher bought for a service at Arctic Whisper Lab is valid for 12 months from purchase and redeemable against any service on the price list, unless we say otherwise at the time of sale. Lose it, and it can be reissued if the purchase matches our records.

Beyond the finished-colour photos covered in our privacy policy, nobody films or photographs you in the chair without asking separately — a before-and-after still is a different request from a process video, and Alan asks for each on its own terms.

Chemical services at Arctic Whisper Lab are offered to clients aged 16 and over, with a parent or guardian present in the salon for anyone under 18 booking their first colour treatment.

If the finished colour genuinely doesn't match what you and Alan agreed at consultation, tell us within a week and he'll look at correcting it free of charge before any refund gets discussed. Simply changing your mind about a shade that was applied correctly and as agreed isn't, on its own, grounds for a refund.

Colour results depend on the condition and history of your hair, including a box-dye job or a treatment done at another salon that's easy to forget to mention. Alan will always tell you honestly, before the formula goes on, if something looks likely to affect the result.
